The exciting current has a linear relationship with the torque
 
The torque of magnetic powder clutch has a linear relationship with the magnitude of excitation current. The magnitude of control torque can be adjusted arbitrarily by changing the magnitude of excitation current.
 
Stable speed and torque characteristics
 
When the exciting current is kept constant, the torque will be transmitted stably and will not be affected by the change of speed. This characteristic is used in tension control, only need to adjust the exciting current to control the torque accurately, so as to achieve the purpose of tension control.
 
Effective heat sink and its load characteristics:
 
Continuous sliding friction can't avoid heating. Magnetic powder clutch has complete heat dissipation device, among which stator water cooling and stator rotor double water cooling products can meet the needs of high power slip.
 
When the heat dissipation condition of the product is certain, the maximum slip power allowed by the product is a fixed value, and its torque and speed can compensate each other within a certain range. Of course, the torque and speed shall not exceed the maximum value.
 
Low control power:
 
The magnetic powder clutch uses the magnetic powder under the electromagnetic effect to transfer the torque. It can control the large transfer power with a small electric power. It is easy to control with electronic circuit and computer. It can be easily applied in all walks of life.
 
Quick response characteristics:
 
Due to its inherent structural characteristics, the non response time, torque rising time and torque falling time of the product are all very short, which determines that the magnetic powder clutch can be used in applications requiring frequent start and stop, reversing. For special needs, the response speed can be improved by further optimizing the mechanical part and improving the load power supply. Taking the magnetic powder clutch of 5kgm as an example, its non response time is 25ms, its torque rise and fall time are 270ms and 350ms respectively.
