2. The manufacturing accuracy of the hysteresis brake is low, and the concentricity of the rotor is not enough, resulting in uneven or stuck output torque.
 
 
 
3. In the production process of hysteresis brake, excessive hysteresis is sealed.
 
 
 
4. The use of inferior magnetic particles can cause seizure.

1. When choosing to buy the hysteresis brake, choose the product with guaranteed quality.
 
 
 
2. Under the condition of no excitation, the drive side rotates as fast as possible (below 1800rpm) for about 1 minute, and then the excitation current is set at the rated 1 / 4-1 / 5. On the one hand, the drive side rotates, on the other hand, it opens in 5 seconds, closes in 10 seconds, and exhausts excitation for about 20 times.
